Oh, and I don't know if anyone else tried it, but we weren't too impressed with the Pumpkin Pie Smoothies. They were just ok. Probably won't make them again. Sure sounded good, though!

Monday - Crock Pot Chicken & Black Beans, Corn, Rice (I'll probably make a double batch because I LOVE this for lunches, either on a low-carb tortilla, or on a bunch of lettuce as a salad)Do you have any favorite recipes with beans? Please share!!
Tuesday - Grilled Chicken Greek Salad, Pita Bread, Strawberries
Wednesday - Pizza with Squash Crust, Caesar Salad, Bread Sticks
Thursday - Beans, Cornbread
Friday - Burrito Pie, Chips, Salsa
Saturday - Baked Omelet Squares, Whole Wheat Toast
