| Baked Chicken Nuggets from Skinny Taste |
- Chicken
- Seafood (including fish)
- Vegetarian (cheap, y'all!)
- Crock pot
- Beef
And if I need another recipe, I can pull an old family favorite out.
This week, each of these recipes is a new one! That makes me a little nervous to promote them to y'all, but I think they all look delicious.
Monday - Baked Chicken Nuggets, Cheesy Zucchini Bake (Update: Yum!! I didn't have panko breadcrumbs, so they weren't quite as crunchy, but still delicious. And the zucchini is a favorite of mine)I think this week's food will be delicious and kid-friendly! I love hearing, "Thanks, Mama! I ate it all gone! It was great!" :-) (That's what Zack has trained my kids to say after every meal. Good man.)
Tuesday - Broiled Tilapia Parmesan, French Bread, Caesar Salad (a family favorite!)
Wednesday - BBQ Pork, Chips, Cucumber and Tomato Salad (Update: yummy, easy, worth it!)
Thursday - Chili, Fritos
Friday - Spaghetti Squash Lasagna,Caesar Salad, Breadsticks (this is my favorite regular lasagna, for those of you not wanting a low-carb version) (Update: I didn't end up needing to make this. Will save the recipe for the future.)
