{Menu Monday} Back to the grind

We had a faaabbbuuullloouuuss time on our vacation! Of course, we still had 3 children 5 and under, so it wasn't quite the same as pre-baby vacations ;-) But all my hard work of prep paid off and we had a very smooth and fun trip. I'll be sharing what worked for us in the next couple of weeks as you are planning your summer road trips!

Back to cooking this week. *sigh* :-) Here's what we're eating!

Monday - Peppered Shrimp Alfredo, Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad
Tuesday - Broiled Tilapia Parmesan, Butter Rolls, Spinach
Wednesday - Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Eggs, Fruit
Thursday - Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs, Corn, Caesar Salad
Friday - Leftovers
