Five More Weeks

On Mother's Day, we were blessed to hear some amazing sermons. I am excited to share some of it with you all, but it's still rolling around in my head. Maybe next week I will be ready to write it out!

So for now, I thought I'd share my newly revamped 5-week menu plan. I LOOOOOVE having this rotating menu. I have it saved as a Meal Plan on Say Mmm (still my favorite way to plan menus!), and this means in one click I can add the whole fives weeks to my menu calendar. Then, as each week comes up, I can adjust it a little bit to fit our schedule better, take out a meal if needed, or add something different if I want. BUT the main thing is, I have a starter plan, and more often than not, that's all I need.

Many of these stuck around from my last rotating menu, but there were plenty of meals that were too hot and heavy for summer! I kept my basic weekly lineup:

Sunday -- Eat out (for us, this is usually at my mother-in-law's house)
Meatless Monday
Tex-Mex Tuesday
Waffle Wednesdays (breakfast for dinner)
Throw-it-in Thursdays (crock pot)
Fun Food Fridays
Saturday -- leftovers or sandwiches

So here you go -- my spring/summer 5-week rotating menu. I hope it provides some inspiration! Each week as I post my menus, I will include the recipes.
