Homemade Popsicles

This last week, the kids and I made watermelon popsicles! We had a great time, it was easy, and the kids LOVED it. We will definitely be doing it again.

Here is how we made them:

2 cups of watermelon
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1/4 cup of sugar

Puree, pour in your molds, and freeze!

These were a little sweet to me, so I think I would decrease the sugar next time, or maybe leave out the corn syrup. Not sure how that would affect the texture...
