Target T's $5

Today was my son's first day of preschool.  He was so excited about it last night that he ran around naked after his bath shouting "SCHOOL SUPPLIES!"  I'm not sure why he picked that to shout, but that is my son for you.  When he walked into his classroom today, I think he was overwhelmed by the activity going on (parents taking pictures, kids crying...), that he basically just shut down.  I asked if he wanted to play with the other kids, and he said "No, I just want to sit here."  He proceeded to sit on the floor next to his chair...

This is before he went into his class.  You might be asking yourself why I would choose this picture to post. Well, that's because it was the only pose he would do.  He said he was Buzz Lightyear.

However, any worries I had about the day were put at ease once I saw him after school.  He had a blast!

This is after school....Not sure what super hero he is here, but at least he's smiling.
While my oldest was in school, I took my youngest on a mini vacation. We went to Target.  It was so relaxing, minus the two poopy diapers I had to change.  I happened to find a display of Mossimo boyfriend T's on sale for $5.  I bought one, but since it was in the "younger people" section, I was a bit worried it might be too tight, low cut, short, clingy... you name it.

I'm happy to report it fits great!  It's one of those shirts I can tell will grow with my growing belly.  It's stretchy and long enough to fit for hopefully most of my pregnancy.  I'm already making plans to go back tomorrow for more!

Find it here.

I bought a striped one without a pocket, but I will be getting a couple of solid colored ones.  Maybe I can get one for every day of the week!

  1. I bought 5 of these last time they were $5. They are the perfect mommy shirt (but I always wear a nursing tank under it...so can't say how it works with a bra!)

  2. I'm wearing a bra and tank under mine, and it feels good and looks good. I agree that they are the perfect mommy shirts.

  3. Haha Elliott!! :-) But I can vouch that he did end up playing, because Tucker said they played together. I'd say he's Spiderman in that second one. You have to be with a backpack like that!
