{Menu Monday} January 7, 2013

Good morning, everyone! Are you sticking to your New Year resolutions so far?? I still want to share mine with you like Susan did last week. One of them is going back on the South Beach diet, so our menu is pretty low-carb (the main dishes at least). Have a great week!
Monday - Spaghetti with Italian Sausage (I will eat cooked, sliced zucchini with sauce, cheese, and sausage), Artisan Bread, Caesar Salad
Tuesday - Layered Mexican Casserole, Tomatoes and Avocado, Chips and Salsa, Rice
Wednesday - Baked Omelet Squares, Whole Wheat Toast, Applesauce
Thursday - Chicken Tortilla Soup, CornbreadFriday - Garlic Cheddar Chicken, Baked Parmesan Tomatoes, Caesar Salad, French Bread
